The site constitutes a host of information services that the state government offers to its Citizens, Business Houses, State Govt. Employees and potential Investors from all over the world. The site is the first step towards E-Governance taken by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. In addition to the information provided on the site, it offers a host of interactive features like Opinions Polls, Discussion Boards and Chat Rooms. The aim of sections like these has been to make the decision making process of the Government more participative and in public interest. The backend technology of the site enables the site to be updated at all times with least amount of interaction with the web partner company.

The project has been undertaken by the company for Sahara India Pariwar's Consumer Products Division. This project involves a critical blend of extensive artworks to convey the true spirit of Sahara, along with tremendous database management systems to administer over 3000 products. The first phase of the project is near completion and the second phase comprises supply chain integration and online inventory management. The website backend will be connected with the physical stores and accounting of the Consumer Products Division.

This project was undertaken by the company for the All India Food processing Industry. The aim of the project was to create an online trading floor for the food processing companies of India and also build a platform for further outreach to the International market. A powerful set of software applications were designed along with extensive creative designing to add appeal to the website. Various features like Search Applications, Discussion Boards and Chat Rooms were developed to enhance the interactivity of the site. The project has been completed successfully and will soon be uploaded on high quality servers in co ordination with the AIFPA.

 

Magnon takes pride in being the agency to launch the nationwide e-business initiative of Daikin. Daikin, which began its operations in India in collaboration with the Shriram Group of Companies, is one of the biggest players in the International Air Conditioning industry. The site was developed within a span of three months and was created after blending high-end aesthetics with interactive online applications. The site also had India's first Online Air Conditioning Solutions which offered web-based consulting to architects and retail buyers. Work is now being conducted to integrate the nationwide dealer network of Daikin on the Net platform. This huge application aims to bring systematization and standardization into the information flow and communication within the organization and with its Dealer Partners. This system based on the ERP model will later be connected to the SAP software running in the manufacturing units of Daikin, converting the entire business process into a seamless structure.

The Management of Sainik Schools (educational institutions run by the MoD) identified the need to bring their educational institutions online. The objective was not only to disseminate information about the institutions through the unparalleled medium of the Internet, but also allow various functions and accessibility options like online admissions and query response systems. Magnon was entrusted with the task of developing and implementing the project. The first project to be launched was Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana. Education oriented yet creative pages were designed and clubbed with critical information content provided by the School Management. The project was completed in record time of 30 days. Interactions are now on with Sainik School Nagrota, Jammu for the implementation of a similar model.

The Jaipuria Group is one of the oldest and most established business houses of the country. The Group operates in the business segments of education, manufacturing, textiles, imports and foods. The Rs. 1500 Crore Group coordinated with the technical team at Magnon to bring all its businesses online. Separate Micro-sites were developed for each business area and were integrated to form sub-sections of an umbrella group site. Stand-alone sections were designed for business associates of the Group like Pepsi, Leo, Raymond etc.

 

ORG-MARG is the leading Research and Consulting organization of the country. Magnon takes pride in having worked with ORG-MARG on several web-based research projects. The company was involved in Internet Consumer Behavior consulting to the Research Agency for an international scale medical services portal, assisting it in the designing and analysis of an Internet users' survey. For another project, the technical team at Magnon designed database supporting applications for regular information feed-in and statistical report generation. These projects not only gave us an opportunity to work with a world-class organization but also enabled further learning about the exact nature of users/audience on the Internet and their surfing/buying/information gathering behavior.
